Buddy has been in the Lycoming County SPCA for over 1,200 days. He was brought in as a stay who had been wandering around Williamsport near DiSalvo’s (he obviously has good taste). Every day staff are greeted by his goofy smile.
This nearly 5-year-old terrier mix loves massages and being brushed, as well as long walks followed by a nap in a cozy blanket.
Because Buddy has spent much of his life in a kennel, he would prefer a quiet home without excited young children or other pets that may interrupt his peace. However, teenagers 16+ plus should be fine.
