A new study published in the European Heart Journal found that drinking a half to one glass of wine daily can slash your risk of heart attack, stroke, or heart disease by a whopping 50%. Even if you drink a bit less, like one glass a week, you still get a 38% reduction in heart risk, according to the research. But there’s a caveat: more than one glass a day, and the benefits vanish. So, moderation is key.
