Jon Pardi Reveals Sneak Peek Of Unreleased Anthem As He Teases His Next Era

Jon Pardi revealed a sneak peek of the unreleased title track of his fifth studio album.

The country star shared a behind-the-scenes glimpse of recent photoshoots as he works on Honkytonk Hollywood. Pardi said he’s “been writing songs, playing in the studio, doing photoshoots, and workin on this album for a long time!” The clip he shared on TikTok and Instagram includes a snippet of “Honkytonk Hollywood,” though Pardi has not confirmed the song’s release date or other album details as of publication time on Wednesday (January 15).

Pardi kicked off his Honkytonk Hollywood era with “Friday Night Heartbreaker,” a single he released in September. Josh Miller, Chris Tompkins, Jessie Jo Dillon, Daniel Ross and Ryan Hurd teamed up to write the anthem, and Jim Wright directed the new music video. Pardi filmed the visual in historic Printer’s Alley in Nashville, Tennessee, featuring “some wild characters” and “circus stunts” at 2 a.m.

“‘Friday Night Heartbreaker’ kicks down the door of this next musical chapter,” Pardi previously said in a statement via his record label. “I challenged myself to elevate in every aspect, and this is the tip of the spear for what’s to come. When I first heard the song, I knew instantly that I had to cut it… and what a journey it was recording alongside the professor Jay Joyce. I’m as excited as I have ever been to share new music.”
